摘要 采用普通大气等离子喷涂方法制备了Ni-Al/Al2O3涂层,对三种电流参数制得的涂层的显微硬度进行了分析和比较,并对三种Ni-Al/Al2O3涂层的磨损性能进行了评价。研究结果得出:采用三种电流所制备的涂层均为片层状结构,随电流的增大,涂层的硬度逐渐增大;无论采用三种电流的任何一种电流,涂层的磨损程度都要小于基体的磨损程度,且电流选择越大,涂层的耐磨损性能越高。 The general atmospheric plasma (APS) was used to prepare Ni-Al/Al2O3 spray coating microstructure on the current parameters of the three coatings, phase composition, microstructure, hardness and bond strength were analyzed and compared, and wear properties of the coating and three Ni-Al/Al2O3 were evaluated. The results show that the coating prepared with different currents is sheet structure, as the current increasing, the hardness of the coating increases; Any one of the three currents regardless of the current, the wear-resistant coating should be greater than that of the matrix, and the greater the current selection is, the wear-resistant coating is stronger.
