摘要
运用OM、SEM、硬度和拉伸试验研究了Y含量对Mg-4wt%Gd合金固溶和时效行为的影响。结果表明在Mg-4Gd合金中添加一定量的Y时,明显细化了α(Mg)晶粒,增加了第二相数量,提高合金的硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率。随Y含量的增加,合金固溶时的平衡硬度逐渐增大,在175~225℃时效硬化效果更好,但时效温度对合金的峰值时效时间没有明显的影响。
The effects of Y content on solid solution and aging behavior of Mg-4Gd alloy were investigated by OM, SEM, hardness and tensile test. The results show that,when a certain amount of Y is added to the Mg-4Gd alloy, the α(Mg) grain is refined, and the volume fraction of the second phase increases, and hardness, tensile strength and elongation of the alloy improve. With the increase of the Y content, the steady hardness of the alloy is gradually increased during solid solution, and age hardening effect is better when the alloy aging at 175-225 ℃. The impact of aging temperature on the time of peak aging is unconspicuous.
