回火温度对超高强耐磨钢板磨粒磨损特性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 利用销盘磨损试验对实验室试制的超高强耐磨钢板进行耐磨性测试,对比分析了不同工艺所得试验钢的磨损失重及磨损面形貌随淬火后回火温度的变化。结果表明,200℃回火后的试样综合性能最佳,高的硬度有利于提升钢的耐磨性,但在更高温度回火后硬度不再是影响耐磨性的唯一因素。 Pin-on-disk wear tests was conducted to evaluate the abrasive wear resistance of the experimental ultrahigh strength wear resistance steel plates. The wear mass loss and wear surface of the experimental steel plates obtained by different heat treatment parameters were analyzed to investigate the influence of tempering temperature on wear behavior. The results show that 200 ~C tempered sample performes best comprehensive properties and higher hardness improves the wear resistance. However, with the increase of tempering temperature, the hardness is not the only factor which affect the wear resistance.
