摘要
通信服务对外开放不仅是自身国际化的标志,同时也直接促进了货物贸易与国际旅游、国际金融和国际运输等其他服务贸易的发展。构建通信服务开放测度的公式,测量我国通信服务业2001—2012年的开放度,结合净出口显示性比较优势建立VAR模型。研究结果表明我国通信服务国际竞争力的提升依赖于其开放程度,但该行业的开放对其国际竞争力的提升作用有限。
The openness of communication service is a sign of their internationalization and promotes trade in goods and inter- national tourism, finance, transport and other services directly. By constructing the evaluation system and the measurement of openness for communication service, the paper measures the openness of the communication services from 2001 to 2012 and its relationship with NRCA based on the research result of Hoekman and others. The empirical results show that the international competitiveness of China's communication service depends on its openness, but not obvious.
