农村食品安全监管的法律问题研究——以五河县为分析样本

Study on the Legal Problems of Food Safety Supervision in Rural Areas:A Case Study of Wuhe County

近年来,我国农村地区屡次被曝光的食品安全事件让政府监管不断陷入公众抨击的漩涡。结合对五河县农村各环节食品安全现状的调研,发现了存在于五河县农村食品安全监管中的若干法律问题。通过对五河县农村食品安全监管主体、监管客体、农村消费者和食品安全行业协会几方面制约因素的分析,用法学视角探寻出立法、司法、行政和配套服务方面法律制度的建议。

In recent years, China＇s rural areas are repeatedly exposed to food safety incidents, which make government regulators continue to fall into the whirlpool of public criticism. This paper investigates the ru- ral food safety situation of Wuhe County and points out some legal problems in rural food safety supervi- sion. Through the analysis of the elements in rural food safety regulatory body, regulatory object, rural consumers and food security industry association, it proposes to build legal system in legislative, judicial, administrative and supporting services in terms of law.
