Investigation and Policy Implications of Farmland Transference in Anhui Province

在当前中西部省份承接东部产业转移的背景下,从安徽省农地流转市场中需求方的角度,首先通过对安徽省农村的抽样调查,对安徽省农村劳动力流动、农户收入、社会保障、再就业的意愿,以及农户耕地流转意愿进行调查分析,根据农地流转的制度框架提出开展社会服务的政策建议。

Under the background of central provinces undertaking the eastern industrial transfer and from the perspective of demander in the farmland transfer market, this study firstly makes an investigation and analysis through a sample survey in rural Anhui province on rural labor mobility, household income, social security, reemployment will, and farmers＇ will of cultivated land transfer. Then, it proposes policy rec- ommendations for carrying out social services in terms of the institutional framework of farmland transfer.
