The humanistic management and the fixed assets management are more and more connected with each other. The fixed assets management in colleges and universities is not only the management of assets, but also the management of human resources assets managers and assets users. According to the theory of humanistic management, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the importance of human beings in fixed assets management, exposes the essence of fixed assets management, and introduces the promoting function of humanistic management theory in fixed assets management in colleges and universities.
