摘要
随着国有企业逐渐完成改制,国企劳动关系也发生了重大变化,开始了由行政性、固定性的关系向契约型的劳动关系方向发展。结合近年来国有企业改制过程中劳动关系的变化所凸显的问题探讨,分析了在改制后国企劳动关系所出现的一些问题,针对这些问题,提出了相应的解决方案。
With the completion of state-owned enterprises transformation, the changes in labor relationship have taken place from administrative and regular relationship to the compact of labor relationship. This es- say discusses the problems of labor relationship during the process of state-owned enterprises reformation and provides some solutions for these problems.
