“经师”与“人师”合一——高校教师专业化发展的路径选择

摘要 从专业标准的角度看,目前高校教师专业化发展存在知识困境和道德困境。对此,高校教师一方面要优化知识结构,提高业务素质,诠释"经师"风采,另一方面还要塑造道德人格,提升思想素质,演绎人师魅力。教师专业化是一种动态的发展过程,要成为一位专业化的高校教师,必须因时因势而动,加强修业修身,促进学行并重,不仅具备经师的熟练运用专门知识的技能,而且具备"人师"的服务理念和职业伦理。"经师"与"人师"合一,是高校教师专业化发展的路径选择。 According to professional standards, there is knowledge and moral dilemma in university teach- ers' professional development. Hence, university teachers need to optimize knowledge structure and im- prove the quality in order to be a qualified knowledge teacher. Meanwhile, they must mold moral personal- ity and enhance their ideological quality to be person's teacher. Teachers' specialization is a dynamic devel- opment process. Being a professional teacher in universities, he or she needs to strengthen professional knowledge and their own quality as well as learning and action. University teachers have not only special- ized knowledge of skills but also service ideology and professional ethic. The combination of imparting knowledge and morality is a path choice of the university teachers' professional development.
