成人长期体质量增长与肝酶学指标的相关性
Association of liver enzyme and long-term weight growth in adults
摘要
肝酶学指标不仅是衡量肝脏功能的重要指标，其水平尤其是ALT与γ-谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）水平也与肥胖和代谢综合征（MS）密切相关。随着生活水平的快速提升，体质量增长诱发的追赶生长现象广泛存在，该现象极有可能是导致我国胰岛素抵抗相关疾病高发的重要发病机制。
