猪伪狂犬、繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征和链球菌混合感染诊断

Diagnosis for Mixed Infection of Pseudorabies,Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome and Streptococcus

广东某猪场,哺乳仔猪和保育猪舍仔猪出现以神经症状、呼吸困难和关节炎为主要特征的疾病。发病猪样品经过实验室检测,结果表明猪伪狂犬病毒g E抗体和猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒核酸呈阳性,细菌分离鉴定猪链球菌2型为阳性。综合临床症状、剖检变化及实验室检测结果,该例传染病诊断为猪伪狂犬病毒、繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒和链球菌混合感染。

A pig farms in Guangdong,suckling pigs and nursery pigsbroken out neurological symptoms,dys-pnoea and arthritis as the main clinical characteristics of the disease. Samples of infected pigs through lab-oratory tests,the results showed that the Porcine Pseudorabies virus（PRV）gE antibodyand Porcine Reproduc-tive and Respiratory Syndrome virus（PRRSV）nucleic acid positive,and the bacterial isolation and identifica-tion showed that Streptococcus suis type 2（SS2）positive. Comprehensiveclinical symptoms,pathological ana-tomical change and laboratory test results,the case of infectious disease diagnosis of PRV,PRRSV and SS2 co-infection.
