结果杭州湾南岸4个采样点中分析测定出4种DDTs、7种PCBs、5种HCHs的污染水平依次为DDTs>PCBs>HCHs;在4个采样点中,∑DDTs的污染水平依次为A>B>D>C,其平均质量分数分别为4.73μg/kg、4.68μg/kg、3.15μg/kg、3.07μg/kg;∑PCBs的污染水平依次为A>C>B>D,其平均质量分数分别为5.39μg/kg、3.73μg/kg、2.79μg/kg、1.49μg/kg;∑HCHs的污染水平依次为C>B>A>D,其平均质量分数分别为3.35μg/kg、3.32μg/kg、3.16μg/kg、2.84μg/kg;Ames试验TA98+S9显示,A点1 g/皿组MR=4.96,0.5 g/皿组MR=3.61;B点1 g/皿组MR=4.16,0.5 g/皿组MR=2.24,存在明显的剂量反应关系。结论杭州湾南岸滩涂沉积物受到POPs污染且具有一定程度的遗传毒性。
Objective To analyze the component and potential genotoxicity of persistent organic pollutants in tidal- flat sediment from the south of Hangzhou bay. Methods The component of POPs in the tidal- flat sediment from the south of Hangzhou bay was analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry / mass spectrometry( GC- MS / MS). The Ames test was used to analyze the mutagenicity of POPs in tidal- flat sediment. Results Determination of the four DDTs,seven PCBs,and five HCHs in four sampling point from the south of Hangzhou bay showed that the pollution levels were DDTs PCBs HCHs; in four sampling points,∑DDTs residual levels were A 〉B 〉D 〉C,mean mass fraction were respectively 4. 73 μg / kg,4. 68 μg / kg,3. 15 μg / kg,and 3. 07 μg / kg,∑PCBs residual levels were A 〉B 〉D 〉C,mean mass fraction were respectively 5. 39 μg / kg,3. 73 μg / kg,2. 79 μg / kg,and 1. 49 μg / kg,∑HCHs residual levels were C〉 B〉 A 〉D,mean mass fraction were respectively3. 35 μg / kg,3. 32 μg / kg,3. 16 μg / kg and 2. 84 μg / kg; Ames experiment TA98 + S9 showed that, when the A dosage was1 g / dish,MR = 4. 96,0. 5 g / dish,MR = 3. 61,when the B dosage was 1 g / dish,MR = 4. 16,0. 5 g / dish,MR = 2. 24,with a clear dose- response relationship. Conclusion The tidal flat sediments of the South bank of Hangzhou bay are contaminated by POPs and have a certain degree of genetic toxicity.
