集中空调水不同处理方法分离培养嗜肺军团菌的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较不同处理方法对集中空调水中嗜肺军团菌分离培养结果的影响,探索一种更简便、实用的处理方法。方法对730份集中空调水样分别采用酸处理、热处理和不处理的方法处理,经分离培养计数并鉴定为嗜肺军团菌后进行统计学分析。结果水样经酸处理、热处理和不处理后分离培养嗜肺军团菌的检出率分别为8.36%、7.12%、2.05%,3种处理方法差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.35,P<0.05);酸处理和热处理方法显著优于不处理,酸处理和热处理方法差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.05,P>0.05)。结论集中空调水分离培养嗜肺军团菌的处理方法首选酸处理,其次为热处理,不处理作为补充方法。 Objective To find out a simple and practical approach for isolation and detection of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water of central air conditioning system by comparing the results from different treatment methods. Methods 730 water samples from central air conditioning were performed for acid treatment,heat treatment and non- treatment,after isolating and culturing,the samples identified as Legionella pneumophila were conducted for statistical analysis. Results The Legionella pneumophila detection rate of the water samples with acid treatment,heat treatment and no treatment after isolation and culture were 8. 36%,7. 12% and 2. 05% respectively. The differences among the 3 treatments were statistically significant( χ2=29. 35,P〈0. 05),acid treatment and heat treatment were significantly better than no treatment. However,difference between acid treatment and heat treatment was not statistically significant( χ2= 3. 05,P〉0. 05). Conclusion The most preferable treatment method for cultivation and isolation of Legionella pneumophila from central air conditioning water is acid treatment,followed by heat treatment. No treatment method can be a supplement only.
