“一测多评”法同步测定大黄中五种蒽醌类成分的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过测定大黄素与其它4种成分的校正因子,建立用一个对照品同步测定大黄药材中五个成分含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以大黄素作为内标物,测定大黄素和其它4种蒽醌类成分的校正因子,通过校正因子计算大黄药材中其它4种蒽醌类成分的含量。结果在一定线性范围内,大黄素与其他4种蒽醌类成分校正因子在不同实验条件下重现性较好。同时与对照品外标法比较,两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异。结论利用校正因子对大黄药材中多种成分进行含量测定是可行的。该方法快速,简便,节约了对照品,可以作为一种新的液相色谱定量方法应用到大黄的含量测定中。 Objective To establish a quantitative method for simultaneous assay of five anthraquinone in Rhubarb by determining the correct factors of Emodin with the other four compounds. Methods The correct factors of Emodin with the other four compounds were determined by HPLC, using the correct factors to calculate the assay of the other four anthraquinone. Results The correct factors of Emodin with the other four compounds were repeatable in the range of linear. The assays by two methods have no notable differences. Conclusion The method for simultaneous assay of five anthraquinone in Rhubarb by the correct factors is usable. The method is rapid simple reference economical and can be used to be a new HPLC method to determine the assay of Rhubarb.
