摘要
目的:介绍药物毒代动力学最新研究进展。方法:从毒代动力学历史、研究目的、研究内容、与药代动力学的异同、毒代动力学研究实验设计等5个方面进行阐述。结果与结论:药物毒代动力学研究是药物安全性评价的重要组成部分,对药物研发有重要意义。
Objective： To introduce recent progress in drug toxicokinetics. Methods： Toxicokinetics was described from aspects of history, purpose, content, difference with pharmacokinetics, and experimental design. Results and Conclusion： Drug toxicokinetics is an important part of safety evaluation of drug, which is significant for drug research and development.
