关于《中国药典》数字化的思路和设计

Idea and Design for Digitization of Chinese Pharmacopoeia

目的:以《中国药典》药材部分内容为基础,整合相关的标准配套信息,提出《中国药典》数字化的思路。方法:将数字化出版、数据加密与数字认证、软件国际化支持、药品质量标准数据库及检索引擎、药品质量标准管理以及大数据分析等先进理念和技术,引入《中国药典》药材部分的信息化顶层设计当中,从而形成具有完备自主知识产权和鲜明特色的数字化药典标准。结果与结论:《中国药典》数字化工作将大力推动我国药典标准的持续创新与跨越式发展,可以加强、巩固中国药品标准在世界范围内的影响力和话语权。

Objective： To put forward the idea of digitization of Chinese Pharmacopoeia on the basis of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia medicinal materials and relevant standard information. Methods： The advanced concepts and technologies, such as the digital publishing, data encryption and digital certification, software internationalization support, drug quality standard database and search engine, and drug quality standard management as well as large data analysis were introduced into the top-level digitization design of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （crude drug part）. Results and conclusion： The digitization of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia will promote the continuous innovation and leaping-over development of Chinese Pharmacopoeia standards, and increase its influence worldwide.
