病理医师在Whipple手术中所起的作用
摘要
胰腺十二指肠切除术，即“Whipple手术”，是普外科最复杂、手术并发症和病死率均很高的手术。在整个过程中病理医师都起着关键的作用，指导手术全过程，能最大限度地帮助外科医师提高诊断准确率、切缘阴性（RO）率，减少并发症，提高生存率。随着消化内镜和影像技术的进步，胰胆管癌的检出率越来越高，根治术也越来越多。我们复习新近的文献，结合多年临床实践体会，对此作一简述，以促进交流和研究。
