Ki-67检测结果与乳腺癌临床病理指标的相关性分析 被引量:10

摘要 Ki-67已成为预测乳腺癌患者治疗反应以及预后的重要生物学标志物。其检测一般采用免疫组织化学方法,但是目前尚无统一的操作指南对乳腺癌Ki-67免疫组织化学检测进行规范。我们采用组织芯片和计算机图像分析技术分析、评价各因素对Ki-67染色结果的影响,建立了乳腺癌Ki-67标准化免疫组织化学检测流程,并通过与乳腺癌分子分型等临床病理参数的相关性分析进一步验证其临床应用的有效性,为乳腺癌Ki-67规范化检测提供依据。
