摘要
该文针对具有四路执行机构的阀控缸双位置闭环控制系统的特点,根据电液比例控制技术的基本理论,从流体力学的流量方程、连续性方程、力平衡方程入手,基于经典传递函数法建立了电液比例阀控非对称液压缸系统数学模型。借助Matlab仿真软件,采用频域分析方法证明系统的稳定性,并将该模型在Simlink环境下建立了闭环控制系统,实现了电液比例调平控制系统的动态仿真与分析。
The main objective of this dissertation is to develop a valve- controlled cylinder double positioning closed- loop control system with four-channel actuators,electro-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled cylinder system mathematical model is built according to classical transfer function based on electro- hydraulic proportional control theory, which found from hydro- dynamics flow equation,continuity equation and force equilibrium equation. In virtue of Matlab software, the system is proven to be stable using frequently analysis. Besides,electro-hydraulic closed-loop control is built under the condition of Simulink, which makes it dynamic simulation and analysis come true.
