摘要
该文就气动压差水银柱式测量仪的工作原理、性能、进行了应用研究。在气动压差传感器测量仪中,水银柱式气动测量仪采用恒定的气压力,通过节流喷嘴,当节流喷嘴和被测工件之间的间隙增大而引起流量增加时,这时节流喷嘴和测量喷嘴之间的压力降低,通过灵敏的水银柱高度压力计的变化指示出工件的尺寸数值。
This paper is pneumatic differential pressure principle of work, the mercury column measuring instrument of performance, application research. In the pneumatic pressure difference sensor measuring instrument, the mercury column pneumatic measuring instrument using gas pressure constant, through the throttle nozzle, when the throttle nozzle and the measured gap between the workpiece increases caused by the increased flow, then between the throttle nozzle and nozzle pressure drop, change through a sensitive mercury column manometer indicates that the dimension of workpiece.
