摘要
以S260系列微型断路器生产线为对象,对其铆压机胎具进行设计,确定其压力中心。根据铆压机的动作要求,采用气动方式进行控制。以OMRON-CPM1A为PLC主控器,采用梯形图的编程方式,实现了S260系列微型断路器壳体的自动循环加工。
Using S260 series miniature circuit breaker production line as the object, riveting pressure machine mould was design, and the pressure center of the mould was confirmed. According to the requirements of the riveting pressure machine movement, controlled by pneumatic manner. The OMRON- CPM1 A PLC is the main controller, use the ladder diagram programming way, realize S260 series miniature circuit breaker shell automatic cycle processing.
