甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效研究

Curative Effect Study of Methotrexate and Mifepristone in Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮对异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法随机选取采用保守治疗的异位妊娠患者60例,其中联合组和对照组各30例,对照组患者单纯给予甲氨蝶呤保守治疗,联合组在对照组基础上加用米非司酮,观察两组治疗后的临床治疗效果。结果两组经过治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)和包块平均直径较治疗前均明显下降,且联合组下降程度大于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无显著性。结论甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠,疗效确切、安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the effects of methotrexate and mifepristone in treatment of the patients with ectopic pregnancy. Method 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy were Randomly selected from November 2013 to January2015,which were divided into combined group and control group. The control group were only received methotrexate conservative treatment,while the combined group were given by mifepristone besides methotrexate,to compare the effect of the two group. Result The effects of combined group were significantly better than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,The β-h CG values and mass diameter both significantly decreased after treatment,the drop extent of combined group was significantly greater than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,The differences of adverse reaction rate between two groups were not significant. Conclusion Methotrexate with mifepristone is safe and effective in treatment of the patients with ectopic pregnancy.
