用动态经济评价方法分析国际原油价格对煤制油项目经济效益的影响,得出煤制油项目对油价中短期波动可以忽略、规模效应对项目经济风险承受能力影响极大、油品优质利用对项目整体效益影响极大、税费优惠对项目整体效益影响很大等结论,并就此提出了建议。

The paper analysed the influence of international crude oil price on the economic benefits of Coalto Oil project by using dynamic economic evaluation method.It concluded that the medium and short-term fluctuations of Coal-to Oil project to oil prices can be ignored;The scale effect has an enormous influence on the economic risk tolerance of the project;Good use of oil products has an enormous influence on the overall efficiency of the project;Tax preference has a great influence on the overall efficiency of the project and so on,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
