新疆少数民族大学生就业观念的调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Employment View of Ethnic College Students in Xinjiang

本文在新疆4所高校进行的问卷调查资料基础上,对少数民族大学生就业观念进行统计分析,探究就业难的主观原因,在此基础上提出相应的缓解就业难问题的建议。

In the background of transformation from planned economy to market economy and with a rapid expansion of college enrollment and changes of employment mechanism, employment problems of ethnic college students in Xinjiang have become the focus of the whole society. Among many reasons, ethnic students＇ employment view is one of the important factors affecting their employment. In this paper, employment issues of ethnic students in Xinjiang are analyzed by using questionnaires according to the first hand materials collected in four universities and some suggestions about how to solve employment problems are proposed.
