摘要
新疆地区双语教师任职标准缺失,致使双语教师的培养招聘等环节处于失范状态,双语教师整体素质及教育质量难以得到保障。构建双语教师任职标准是推进双语师资队伍建设、提高双语教育质量的客观要求。任职标准的构建,要遵循导向性、系统性、针对性原则,要结合当地双语教育的特殊场景和现实需求,明确双语教师的特殊角色和应具备的核心素质。双语教师任职标准的核心内容应包括:政治素质及专业理念;个性心理品质;双语言双文化能力;跨文化交流能力;双语教育理论素养与实践能力;学科专业知识等。
The lack of job requirements for bilingual teachers in Xinjiang leads to a state of anomie in training and recruiting bilingual teachers as well as unsatisfactory overall quality and education quality of bilingual teachers. So it is necessary to set up job requirements in order to develop a bilingual teaching body and improve bilingual teaching quality. In constructing job requirements, the principles of guidance, systematicness and pertinence should be observed and the special role and required core qualities of bilingual teachers should be clarified according to the special setting and real demands of local bilingual teaching. The core of the job requirements should include political quality, professional view, psychological quality, bilingual and bi-cultural competence cross-cultural communication ability, mastery of bilingual education theory, practical ability and professional knowledge.
