加强对少数民族非物质文化遗产教育传承的法律保护——以宜昌市五峰土家族自治县为例

Strengthening Legal Protection for Educational Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritages of Ethnic Minorities——Taking Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County of Yichang as an Example

宜昌市五峰土家族自治县非物质文化遗产教育传承正处在代表性传承人老龄化、青少年缺乏传承激情和动力、部分项目教育传承功能萎缩、传承场地建设面临困难等困境中。要打破少数民族非物质文化遗产教育传承现实困境,需要加强对少数民族非物质文化遗产教育传承工作的法律保护,在教育传承立法体系与机制建设等方面,进行法律法规制度创新。

The educational inheritance of intangible cultural heritages of ethnic groups in Wufeng Tujia Autonomous County of Yichang is facing the problems of the aging of representative successors, the lack of enthusiasm and motivation of the young people, the withering of the educational inheritance functions of some heritages and the predicament in building heritage sites. In order to solve the problems, the legal protection for educational inheritance of these heritages should be enhanced, and innovations of laws and regulations should be made in legislative system and mechanism construction of educational inheritance.
