手术配合双人固定小组在重度烧伤急救手术中的应用效果

Application of double-cooperative-people group on emergency operation of severe burn

目的 探讨手术配合双人固定小组在重度烧伤急救手术中的应用效果. 方法 选取12名急诊手术护士为观察组,并以双人护理小组形式分为6 个手术小组,每组器械护士、巡回护士各1名,制订小组合作方案,开展为期3个月的情景培训,于2014年1月开始实施. 另选非急诊手术室护士14名为对照组. 比较实施前后两组手术护士的核心能力、手术效率及护理质量. 结果 观察组实施双人固定小组手术配合后护士核心能力得分为（90. 40 ± 5. 58）分,高于实施前的（74. 20 ± 7. 92）分,且高于对照组的（78.33 ±6.18）分,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为-8.367,5.189;P〈0.05）. 观察组实施手术配合双人固定小组后手术等待时间、用物准备时间及总手术时间均较实施前有所缩短,差异有统计学意义（t值分别为2. 883,3. 216,-2. 946;P〈0. 05）;实施手术配合双人固定小组护理质量总评分为（25. 27 ± 6.36）分,显著高于实施前的（12.77 ±5.44）分,差异有统计学意义（t= -2.814,P〈0.05）. 结论 组建手术配合双人固定小组可以提高护士核心能力和烧伤手术效率,保证手术护理质量.

Objective To explore the effect of double-cooperative-people group with severe burn in emergency operation. Methods Twelve emergency surgery nurses as the observation group were divided into 6 groups with 1 operating nurse and 1 auxiliary nurse in each group, in which formulated the cooperation scheme and carried out scene training for 3 months. The method launched from January 2014. We also chose 14 ordinary surgery nurses as the control group, and we compared the core ability, operation efficiency and the nursing quality. Results After the implementation of double-cooperative-people group, the nurses′ core ability were significantly different with before [（90. 40 ± 5. 58） vs （74. 20 ± 7. 92）], and also higher than that of the control group [（90. 40 ± 5. 58） vs （78. 33 ± 6. 18）] （t= -8. 367, 5. 189;P〈0. 05）;waited operation-time, preoperative preparation-time, and operation time were significantly shorter than before （ t =2. 883, 3. 216,-2. 946; P〈0. 05）;the nursing quality was significantly different with before [（12. 77 ± 5. 44） vs （25. 27 ± 6. 36）] （t= -2. 814,P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Application of double-cooperative-people group can enhance nurses′core ability and burn operation efficiency to guarantee the nursing quality of operation.
