品管圈在病区口服药准备中的应用效果

Application effects of quality circle control on ward oral medication preparation

目的 探讨品管圈（ QCC ）活动在提高病区口服药准备中的应用效果. 方法 2013 年9月—2014年3月,成立品管圈活动小组,通过主题选定、现状把握、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定及实施和效果确认等流程进行QCC活动,对我科口服药准备的现况进行调查分析,制定相应的对策并组织实施,将活动前后病区口服药准备的正确率进行对比分析. 结果 实施品管圈前病房口服药准备的正确率为73. 66%,活动后正确率为94. 54%,活动前后比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2 =29. 938,P〈0. 01）. 结论 品管圈活动对提高病区口服药准备的正确率效果显著,值得推广.

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （ QCC） on improving the accuracy of preparing oral drugs in ward. Methods The QCC group was established and organized activities from September 2013 to March 2014. QCC activities were conducted by selecting topics, grasping current status, setting goals, analyzing major factors, forming and implementing countermeasures, and confirming effect. The current status of preparing oral drugs in our ward was analyzed from September 2013 to March 2014, then countermeasures were formed and implemented. At last, the accuracy of preparing oral drugs in ward was analyzed before and after QCC activities. Results The accuracy of preparing oral drugs in ward before QCC activities was 73. 66%, and after QCC activities 94. 54% （χ^2 =29. 938,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions QCC activities can improve the accuracy of preparing oral drugs in ward and should be popularized.
