高血压合并冠心病老年患者DC与HRV分析 被引量:6

The decelerating force(DC) and heart rate variability and their correlation in elderly hypertensive patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的探讨老年高血压伴冠心病患者心率减速力(DC)与心率变异性(HRV)及其相关性分析。方法选择老年高血压伴冠心病患者96例为实验组,92例健康体检的老年人作为对照组,进行24h动态心电图检查,并进行同步12导联动态心电图分析系统自动计算DC、HRV时域指标。结果实验组的DC、HRV降低;DC与SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50显著相关(p<0.01)。结论 DC和HRV有较好的相关性,DC和HRV均可作为自主神经功能检测的指标,且DC优越于HRV。 Objective To explore and discuss the correlation between decelerating force (DC) and heart rate variability in elderly hypertensive patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 96 cases with hypertension and coronary heart disease as the experimental group, and 92 cases healthy elderly people as the control group, both groups underwent 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram, and use synchronize 12-lead ECG analysis system to calculate DC, HRV time domain indicators at the same time. Results DC and HRV decresed , DC and SDNN, RMSD, PNN50 all had significant correlation in the experimental group (p〈0.01). Conclusions DC has a good correlation with HRV, and DC, HBV can be used as indicators of the autonomic nervous system function, and DC is more important than HRV.
