创新驱动发展的制度性影响因素研究——基于中国省际层面的实证检验

Institutional Influencing Factors on Innovation-driven Development——An Empirical Study Based on Chinese Provincial Level

在当前经济进入"新常态"的时代背景下,中国创新驱动发展战略的落实关系到经济发展方式的转变和经济结构的调整。为了厘清创新驱动发展的内在决定因素,基于中国省际面板数据模型实证检验了制度性因素对地区经济创新驱动发展的影响效应。实证结果表明:作为制度性因素的法律制度正向影响地区经济创新驱动发展水平;即使控制各种因素对地区经济创新驱动发展的影响,上述结论仍成立;并且各种稳健性检验均得出了一致的研究结论。研究结论对激励企业创新行为的出现具有重要的理论与政策含义。

Under the background that the current economy has entered a ＂new normal status＂,the implementation of China＇s innovation-driven development strategy is related to transformation of economic development pattern and adjustment of economic structure. In order to clarify internal determinants of the innovation-driven development,an empirical test is conducted on the effect of institutional factors on innovation-driven economic development in the region based on Chinese provincial panel data model. The empirical results show that legal systems,as institutional factors,positively influence innovation-driven development level of the regional economy;even if various influencing factors are controlled on the innovation-driven economic development,conclusions mentioned above are still set up; unanimous conclusions are obtained by various robustness tests. Conclusions have important theoretical and policy implications for the enterprises＇ innovation incentive behaviors.
