摘要 通过红细胞输注的回顾性分析,探讨电子交叉配血的影响因素。采用全自动血型分析仪IH-1000检测我院受血者与供血者的ABO血型、不规则抗体筛查、交叉配血以及直接抗人球蛋白试验。在对红细胞进行电子交叉配血发现,14 762例受血者中有3例两次血型结果不一致,占0.02%,有101例不规则抗体筛查阳性,占0.68%,有26例交叉配血不合,占0.17%;29 608单位RBC供血者中有26单位RBC直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性,占0.09%,出现交叉配血不合。结论为具备ABO血型鉴定准确性、不规则抗体筛查阴性、直接抗人球蛋白阴性的结果适合电子交叉配血。 To analyse the affecting factors of electric blood cross matching test in clinical application. Using automatic blood analyzer IH-1000 detects the hospital's recipient and donor ABO blood group, irregular antibody screening, crossmatch and direct Coombs test. In erythrocytes electronic crossmatch the authors found 14 762 cases of recipients in three cases two blood inconsistent results, accounting for 0.02%, there were 101 cases of irregular antibody screening positive, accounting for 0.68%, there were 26 cases of cross-matching of blood incompatibility, accounting for 0.17% ; 29 608 units of blood donors, 26 RBC units direct coombs test was positive, accounting for 0.09%, there crossmatch incompatibility. The results identified the accuracy of the ABO blood group, irregular antibody screening was negative, negative direct coombs for electronic crossmatch.
