Meta Integration of Qualitative Research of the Real Experience of Chinese Female Breast Cancer Patients

总结我国女性乳腺癌患者的疾病真实体验,旨在全面了解乳腺癌患者的内心需求,为更好地开展临床医疗工作提供依据。计算机检索国内相关文献,利用Note-Express软件进行文献筛选和查重,对符合纳入标准的研究文献依据质性研究的Meta整合原理进行归纳。共纳入15篇研究文献;经Meta整合后得出支持、生活重建、希望、自我概念的改变、保健知识的需求等5个结果。乳腺癌患者治疗过程中心理变化复杂、对保健知识的需求强烈,提示医护人员应提供乳腺癌早期预防、检测及康复治疗知识和技能,建立符合国情的乳腺癌患者的康复护理方案。

This article summarized the disease real experience of female breast cancer patients in our country, to comprehensively understand breast cancer patients with inner needs, provide the basis for better clinical medical work. Computer retrieval domestic related literature, the use of Note-Express software for literature and the heavy, screening to meet eligibility criteria of Meta integration principle of the research literature on the basis of qualitative research are summarized. A total of 15 research literatures were collected. .After Meta integration support, reconstruction of life, hope, change of the self concept, health knowledge demand after five integration results. Patients with breast cancer treatment have complex feelings in the process of psychological change, and have strong demand for the health care knowledge. The results showed that medical staff should provide breast cancer prevention, early detection and rehabilitation knowledge and skills, the rehabilitation nursing plan establishment conforms to the situation of breast cancer patients.
