Clinical Application of Self-made Nasal Foreign Body Extractor with Long Handle

目的探讨自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器在儿童鼻腔异物的临床应用。方法回顾性分析自2010年1月～2015年1月,在北京市昌平区医院耳鼻喉科门诊就诊的儿童鼻腔异物362例。结果使用我科自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器一次性成功取出359例,余3例因患儿不配合分两次取出。结论自制长手柄鼻腔异物取出器取材方便,成本低廉,结构稳固,手柄长,易操作,可反复消毒使用,值得临床推广。
