石景山区某机关单位幽门螺杆菌感染率调查分析

目的调查石景山区某机关单位健康体检中幽门螺杆菌感染情况,旨在有针对性地进行健康指导工作。方法 2013年5～6月间对石景山某机关单位1166人健康体检中幽门螺杆菌感染测定阳性的人员进行调查分析。其中男性995人,女性171人。年龄在21～60岁之间。平均年龄为40.5±4.5岁。早8点空腹抽取静脉血进行HP血清抗体检测。结果 1166例中总感染39.79%。其中男性感染率为41.31%,女性感染率为39.99%。各年龄组、性别均有统计学意义。结论根据统计结果,该单位健康人群中HP感染率低于国内相关报道。这与该单位人群知识层次较高,有一定的HP防治知识和良好生活习惯密切相关。
