温针灸法辅助治疗复发型脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation to Warming Moxibustion Cure Recurrent Chronic Gastritis of Splenogastric Hygropyrexia

目的观察温针灸法辅助治疗复发型脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法法将49例复发型脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例,对照组24例。两组患者均用西药治疗,治疗组加用温针灸法,疗程10日,两个疗程后观察两组疗效。结果果治疗后,总有效率治疗组92%,对照组66.7%;第一疗程痊愈率治疗组94.1%,对照组55.6%,两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论温针灸法辅助治疗复发型脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎有更好的疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect to warming moxibustion cure recurrent chronic gastritis of splenogastric hygropyrexia. Methods Divided 49 recurrent chronic gastritis patient of splenogastric hygropyrexia into treatment group and contrast group with random principle. Treatment group has 25 cases, and contrast group has 24 cases. Two group were cured with western medicine, and the treatment group was added warming moxibustion. One course was ten days After two course of treatment, observe the effect of two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 92%, and contrast group was 66.7%; the first course effective rate of treatment group was 94.1%, and contrast group was 55.6%.There was statistical significance to the variance of two group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion There was better therapeutical effect to warming moxibustion cure recurrent chronic gastritis of splenogastric hygropyrexia.
