心理护理配合中药复方治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的效果评价

The effect evaluation of type Ⅲ prostatitis treated with Mental Nursing Combined with Chinese Herbs

目的评价心理护理配合中药复方治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的效果。方法选取2012年6月～2014年6月来我院采用中药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者76例,随机分两组,对照组38例采用中药复方治疗;治疗组38例采用中药复方治疗同时,给予专业心理护理治疗。对比两组生活质量评分和前列腺炎症分数、焦虑自评量表评分,最后随访患者的治疗效果。结果治疗前后的生活质量评分和前列腺炎症分数都有较大幅度的下降,但是观察组下降的幅度明显大于对照组;对比两组的焦虑、抑郁症状发现两组均下降,但观察组下降程度明显大于对照组;观察组的疗效要好于对照组的疗效,以上结果差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心理护理联合中药复方治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of type III prostatitis treateq with mental nursing combined witl Chinese Herbs. Methods Selected 76 cases of type III prostatitis treated with Chinese June 2014 in Herbs from our hospita as experimental object June 2012 to 1 were chosen s, and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with Chinese Herbs, but the treatment group was treated with mental nursing on the basis of control group. Then life quality score, score of Prostate gland inflammation, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） were compared. At the same time, the treatment effects were followed up. Results Before and after the treatment, the score of life quality and prostate gland inflammation had a significant decline, but the drop rate of the treatment group decreased significantly more than the control group; the anxiety and depression symptoms of two groups went down, but the treatment group was obviously greater than the control group; the curative effect of observation group was better than the control group, the results were statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of type III prostatitis treated with Mental Nursing Combined with Chinese Herbs is obviously, worthy of clinical popularization and application .
