假丝酵母菌性阴道炎联合治疗的疗效分析

Clinical observation on the combination therapy in treating Candidavaginitis caused by Candida

目的了解制霉菌素阴道泡腾片、硝夫太尔片联合重组人干扰素α2b栓治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎的疗效,为临床用药提供参考。方法选择2010年7月-2014年6月就诊的假丝酵母菌性阴道炎患者152例,其中,初发性患者85例、复发性患者67例,将初发性患者随机分为初发性观察组46例和初发性对照组39例;将复发性患者随机分为复发性观察组37例和复发性对照组30例;给予初发性观察组和复发性观察组制霉菌素阴道泡腾片、硝夫太尔片和重组人干扰素α2b栓;给予初发性对照组和复发性对照组克霉唑栓;采集患者的阴道分泌物标本进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验,治疗两个疗程后评价疗效。结果从患者标本中检出157株假丝酵母菌,构成比最高的为白色假丝酵母菌,占66.88%;白色假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B、制霉菌素、伏立康唑、氟胞嘧啶的耐药率均<10.00%;初发性观察组的治愈率67.39%,总有效率95.65%,与初发性对照组的差异均无统计学意义;复发性观察组的治愈率21.62%,总有效率81.08%,均高于复发性对照组(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素阴道泡腾片、硝夫太尔片联合重组人干扰素α2b栓,可有效治疗假丝酵母菌性阴道炎。

OBJECTIVE To learn the curative effect of nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets,nifuratel tablets combined with recombinant human interferonα2bsuppository in treating Candidavaginitis so as to provide an effective medical treatment for the disease.METHODS Totally 152 cases of patients with Candidavaginitis were selected from Jul.2010 to Jun.2014.Among them,85 cases were new patients,and 67 cases were recurrent patients.The new patients were randomly divided into 39 cases of primary observation group and 46 cases of primary control group;the recurrent patients were randomly divided into 37 cases of recurrent observation group and 30 cases of recurrent control group.The new observation group and recurrent observation group were given nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets,nifuratel tablets and recombinant human interferonα2bsuppository;the new control group and recurrent control group were given clotrimazole suppositories.Vaginal secretion specimens were collected,and the identification and drug sensitive test were performed,and curative effect was evaluated after 2courses of treatment.RESULTS A total of 157 strains of Candida albicans were detected from the patient＇s specimens;C.albicans accounted for the majority with the rate of 66.88%.C.albicans were less resistant to amphotericin B,nystatin,voriconazole and flucytosine and the resistance rate was less than 10.00%.In the new observation group,67.39%of the patients were recovered and the total effective rate was 95.65%.The differences between the group and the new control group were not significant.Totally 21.62% of the patients in recurrent observation group were recovered and the total effective rate was 81.08%,which were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONIn the treatment of Candida vaginitis,nystatin vaginal effervescent tablets,nifuratel tablets and recombinant human interferonα2bsuppository showed significant effect.
