免洗手消毒液消毒效果与容器压杆表面细菌的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的对免洗手消毒液的消毒效果及其压杆表面细菌污染进行调查,研究免洗手消毒液对医院感染的影响,以降低医院感染率。方法对护理人员使用免洗手消毒液前后进行手部采样并培养,观察手消毒前后细菌数量并进行分析;对免洗手消毒压杆表面进行细菌采样并培养,调查其表面细菌数量;将监护病房手消压杆表面培养出的细菌进行分离,并将其与对应病床患者感染细菌种类进行比较;使用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果普通病房和门诊的护理人员进行操作后,使用免洗手消毒液消毒前、后手部的细菌菌落数分别为(43.86±40.31)CFU/cm2、(19.48±30.17)CFU/cm2,监护病房分别为(87.73±80.62)CFU/cm2、(38.97±60.34)CFU/cm2,合格率为40.00%,手消毒后细菌菌落数均明显减少(P<0.05);消毒湿纸巾和免洗手消毒液联合消毒后手部细菌菌落数为(2.70±4.51)CFU/cm2,合格率明显升高至90.00%(P<0.05);监护病房、普通病房、门诊的免洗手消毒压杆表面细菌与患者感染菌的一致性为44.4%。结论免洗手消毒液具有一定的消毒效果,但同时免洗手消毒液容器压杆为医院感染环境污染源,必须对其采取相关的消毒措施。 OBJECTIVE To observe the disinfection effect of the rinse-free hand sanitizer and the bacterial contamination of container bar and study the impact of the rinse-free hand sanitizer on nosocomial infections so as to reduce the incidence of the nosocomial infections.METHODS The specimens were collected and cultured from the hands of the nursing staff before and after they used the rinse-free hand sanitizer,and the bacterial colony counts were observed before and after the hand disinfection.The surfaces of the container bar were sampled for bacterial culture,and the bacterial colony counts on the surfaces were investigated.The bacteria cultured from the surfaces of the container bar of the care units were isolated and compared with the species of the bacteria causing infections in the patients in beds.The statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS17.0software.RESULTS The bacterial colony counts of the hands of the nursing staff in common wards and outpatient department were(43.86±40.31)CFU/cm^2 before they used the rinse-free hand sanitizer,(19.48±30.17)CFU/cm^2 after they used the(19.48±30.17)CFU/cm^2;The bacterial colony counts of the hands of the nursing staff in the care units were(87.73±80.62)CFU/cm^2 before they used the rinse-free hand sanitizer,(38.97±60.34)CFU/cm^2 after they used the rinse-free hand sanitizer;the qualified rate was 40.00%,and the bacterial colony counts were significantly decreased after the hand disinfection(P〈0.05).The bacterial colony counts were(2.70±4.51)CFU/cm^2 after the joint disinfection with disinfection wet tissues and rinse-free hand sanitizer,with the qualified rate significantly increasing to 90.00%(P〈0.05).The consistent rate between the bacteria isolated from the surfaces of container bar of the care units,common wards,and outpatient department and the bacteria causing infections was 44.4%.CONCLUSIONThe rinse-free hand sanitizer shows certain effect on the disinfection,however,the container bar is the environmental contamination source,and it is necessary to take related disinfection measures.
