持续质量改进在提高急诊护士手卫生依从性中的应用

Application of continuous quality improvement in improvement of hand hygiene compliance of emergency nurses

目的严格执行《医务人员手卫生规范》,通过有效措施提高急诊护士的手卫生依从性。方法从2013年7月起,应用持续质量改进管理措施对急诊科30名护士手卫生依从性进行干预,对改进前后急诊护士的手卫生依从性进行比较。结果实施持续质量改进前(2013年1-6月)急诊护士快速手消剂、洗手液使用率为12.37%,实施干预后(2013年7-12月)为71.04%;急诊护士的手卫生知识考试成绩优秀率由23.3%上升至83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);比较实施改进前后,急诊护士手卫生依从性显著提高。结论通过持续质量改进,能有效提高急诊护士手卫生的依从性。

OBJECTIVE To strictly execute the standards of hand hygiene of medical staff and improve the hand hygiene compliance of the emergency nurses through effective measures.METHODS Since Jul,2013,the continuous quality improvement was carried out to take interventions to the hand hygiene compliance of 30 emergency nurses,and the hand hygiene compliance of the emergency nurses was compared before and after the improvement.RESULTS The utilization rate of the rapid hand disinfectant and hand sanitizer of the emergency nurses was12.37% before the implementation of the continuous quality improvement（from Jan to Jul 2013）,71.04% after the implementation of the continuous quality improvement.The excellent rate of test scores of hand hygiene knowledge of the emergency nurses increased from 23.3%to 83.3%,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.The hand hygiene compliance of the emergency nurses was remarkably improved after the continuous quality improvement.CONCLUSIONThe continuous quality improvement can effectively improve the hand hygiene compliance of the emergency nurses.
