摘要
应用响应面法优化四粒红花生红衣中原花青素的工业微波辅助提取工艺和抗氧化性能研究。通过Plackett-Burman和Box-Behnken试验优化,在单因素的基础上,确定响应面法优化试验条件,建立了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,结果表明,料液比1︰44(g/m L)、微波功率700 W、微波时间10 min,原花青素粗品的提取率为16.85%。与家用微波炉提取相比,得率大大提高。
The microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) condition of proanthocyanids from Silihong peanut skin was studied under different conditions. Single factor and response surface methods were applied to study the extraction conditions, the original model was also formed. The results suggested that the extraction rate would obtain at 16.85% when the optimal technological parameters were optimized as followings: solid-to-liquid ratio 1 : 44 (g/mL), microwave power 700 W, 10 min. Compared with extraction method of household microwave ovens, yield of proanthocyanids was improved significantly.
