枇杷不同部位多种矿质元素的研究 被引量:3

Determination of Elements in Different Parts of Eriobotrya japonica

摘要 采用微波密闭消解,电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定了枇杷叶、肉、籽中17种元素的含量。该方法具有良好的准确度及精密度,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.59%~4.53%,加标回收率在92.8%-106.39%之间。试验表明,枇杷中合有丰富的对人体有益的ca、K、Mg、Fe、zn、cu、Mn、B、Mo、Cr等元素。枇杷的不同部位其微量元素存在一定的差异,大部分元素在枇杷肉中的含量相对比叶和籽中的含量较低:Ca、Fe、Mg、Mn、Cr、Zn、Sr、P和s在枇杷叶中的含量总体相对高,Cu在籽中含量最高。枇杷具有较高的营养价值及药用价值,测定枇杷中微量元素对枇杷的开发和利用提供了科学依据。 The contents of 17 elements in different parts of Eriobotryajaponica were measured by microwave digestion and inductively coupled argon plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Accuracy and precision were better for this method. The relative standard deviations of all elements determined were between 0.59%-4.53%, and recoveries were 92.8%~106.39%. The results indicated that Eriobotryajaponica was a good source of Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, B, Mo and Cr. Contents of elements in Eriobotryajaponica of different parts showed some difference, and contents of most elements in pulp were lower than that in leaves and seeds. Contents of Ca, Fe, Mg, Mn, Cr, Zn, Sr, P and S were higher in leaves, and content of Cu was highest in seeds. So there was higher nutritional and medicinal value in Eriobotrva iavonica according to the results, which would orovide important guiding for the full use of the resources.
