摘要
对汽车再制造逆向物流网络进行选址规划研究。通过分析汽车再制造逆向物流网络中回收中心、拆解中心、再制造中心和配送中心之间的关系,建立了以成本最低为目标的汽车再制造逆向物流网络选址规划模型,然后应用遗传算法对其进行求解优化。最后针对湖南省内废旧汽车的回收需求,经过相关专家对候选回收中心、候选拆解中心和再制造中心进行初步选址,对本文建立的模型可行性进行检验,验证了该模型的可行性和有效性。
We studied the reverse logistics network location planning for automobile remanufacturing. Through analyzing the relationship among recycling center, disassembly center, remanufacturing center and distribution center in the automotive remanufacturing reverse logistics network, we established the automotive remanufacturing reverse logistics network model that takes the lowest cost as the target, and then applied the genetic algorithm to optimize it. Finally, based on the recycling demand of the scrap automobiles in Hunan, through preliminary locations of the candidate recycling centers, disassembly centers and remanufacturing centers by the relevant experts, we tested the feasibility of the established model, and verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.
