聚四氟乙烯滤膜的发展及应用 被引量:13

摘要 为了进一步开发聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料,介绍了PTFE滤膜的应用、微孔特点、关键加工技术及最新发展,指出滤膜孔径的精准控制以及在新风系统和膜蒸馏等领域的应用是滤膜发展的趋势。认为采用调整制膜参数、双层共拉伸、后整理和包缠等技术在孔径控制上有优势,后整理含有羧基、羟基、磺酸基等基团的亲水材料是赋予亲水性能的主要方法。我国在服装膜、除尘膜上尚可满足国内要求,但泡点膜、亲水膜还存在一些急需解决的问题。 The application, microporestructure, key controlling techniques and development of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) filtration membrane are introduced. The development direction of PTFE filtration membrane to precise control and the application in fresh air system and membrane distillation is pointed out. The pore size controlling techniques including membrane preparation parameter adjustment, co-stretching composite double-layered membrane, post finishing, and membrane wrapping have the technology superiority. The hydrophilic modification method through pose finishing of hydrophilic substances containing hydrophilic groups, such as carboxyl, hydroxyl, sulfonic group, etc. is used frequently. In China,the processing technologies of the water-proof & moisture-permeable membrane and membrane bag filter could meet the requirements, but there are some problems needed to be resolved in bubble membrane and hydrophilic membrane.
