摘要
在对自燃连续式生物质热解炭化工艺过程和特点分析的基础上,结合生物质热解粗燃气组分特征,采用协同分离和多级净化的设计思路,研究了该热解工艺条件下的燃气净化分离与高值化处理技术路线,主要包括空气富氧化处理、粉尘脱除、焦油与木醋液分离、燃气提质、深度净化等工艺环节,最后分析了该工艺系统涉及的辅助性关键技术问题。该研究可为生物质热解炭气油联产系统的开发提供重要参考。
Based on the technology process and characteristics of continuous pyrolysis system with biomass spontaneous combustion, combined with the component analysis of biomass pyrolysis crude gas, technical route for gas purification, separation and upgrading are designed by collaborative separation and multistage purification method, it mainly includes air oxygen enrichment processing,dust removal, tar and wood vinegar liquid separation, gas upgrading and deep purification and so on.Finally, the auxiliary key technical problems involved in the technology system are analyzed. This research can provide a valuable reference for the development of biomass pyrolysis co-production plant.
