摘要
基于一般浅孔和深孔爆破的优缺点,提出了一种介于这两种爆破方式之间的大孔径、宽孔距浅孔控制爆破拆除岩墙技术。详细阐述了该技术中钻机类型、爆破参数、后排孔布孔位置、装药量和起爆网路等技术要点。该技术在复线铁路岩墙拆除中获得了良好的爆破效果,并展现出效率高、安全可靠的优点。
Based on the advantages and disadvantages of general shallow borehole and deep borehole blasting,the dismantling rock wall technology by controlling blasting between shallow borehole and deep borehole blasting was proposed,featuring large diameter borehole,wide distance between boreholes and shallow borehole.The key technologies,such as drilling rig types,blasting parameters,position of back boreholes,charge amount and detonating network were described in detail.The technology was applied in the double track railway rock wall dismantling,obtained good blasting effect and showed the advantages of high efficiency,safe and reliable.
