直肠癌手术后并发症21例分析

Analysis on 21 Case＇s Postoperative Complications of Rectal Carcioma Patients

为探讨直肠癌手术常见并发症的原因及处理措施，回顾性分析行手术治疗的91例直肠癌患者的临床资料，对手术后并发症及处理措施进行分析和探讨。结果显示，91例患者中发生并发症21例，其中术中、术后大出血3例，吻合口漏3例，吻合口狭窄4例，尿潴留4例，肠梗阻4例，造口结肠回缩、坏死1例，腹壁切口疝2例。结果表明，直肠癌术中、术后并发症较常见，有些可造成严重后果，因此加强并发症的防治至关重要。

In order to explore the cause and managment measures of common complication following rectal carcinoma surgery authors retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 91 patients who had received rectal carcinoma surgery, including complication and its management measures.As results, in 91 cases 21 suffered from complication： 3 from intra., post-operative massive bleeding, 3 from stoma leakage,4 from stoma ste- nosis,4 from uroschesis,4 from intestinal obstruction, 1 from neostomied colon being of retraction and nec- rosis,and 2 from abdominal incisional hernia.Results show that intra,post-operative complication of rectal carcinoma is more common, some of which can induce severe outcome, therefore it is noticed to prevent and treat them treatly.
