百克瑞纱布创面敷料换药对肛瘘术后疗效的临床观察 被引量:4

Clinical Effect of Baikerui Bio-enzyme Gauze Dressing for Wound-surface Exchange Used after Surgery for Anal Fistula

摘要 为评价生物酶纱布创面敷料(百克瑞)用于肛瘘术后创面换药的临床疗效和安全性,将60例肛瘘术后患者分别应用生物酶纱布创面敷料(试验组)和红油膏纱布(对照组)换药,并进行对照研究。观察创缘反应、创面渗出、肉芽组织新鲜度、创面愈合时间、安全性和治疗费用,并进行实验室杀菌试验。结果显示,试验组创缘反应、创面渗出在2次换药后优于对照组(P〈0.05),肉芽组织新鲜度评分换药5次后优于对照组(P〈0.05),创面愈合时间试验组平均为(22.03±5.91)d,对照组为(26.2±6.07)d(P〈0.05)。每个患者平均总治疗费用试验组比对照组低514元。两组均未出现局部和全身不良反应。百克瑞生物酶纱布创面敷料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、无乳链球菌、变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、表皮葡萄球菌具有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌环直径为1.25~2cm。结果表明,百克瑞生物酶纱布创面敷料有良好的杀菌作用,可减轻创缘反应、减少创面液体渗出、改善肉芽组织新鲜度,促进创面早日愈合,安全性高。 In order to evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Baikerui bio-enzyme dressing for wound-sur- face change,authors divided 60 patients with anal fistula who had been subjected to surgery into trial group and control one,which received respectively above dressing and red-ointment gauze,and compared and in- vestigated following items such as wound-edge response,wound-surface exudation, fresh degree of granula- tion tissue, the time for wound-surface healing, safely and the cost for treatment, as well as performed labo- ratory germicidal test.As results,in trial group the status on wound-edge response and wound-surface exu- dation after 2 times of dressing exchange were superior to control group( P 〈0.05) ,the score ratings of fresh degree of granulation tissue after 5 times of dressing exchange superior to in control group ( P 〈0.05) ,the time for wound-surface healing shorter than in control group (22.03±5.91 vs 26.2±6.07 days, P 〈0.05);average total cost of trial group was less CNY 514 yuan than that of control group;no local and systemic adverse reaction was found in both groups;above bio-enzyrne dressing has better germicial efficacy on Staphylococcus aureus , E.coli , Streptococcus agalactiae , Proteus , Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus epidermidis , etc,the bacteriostatic ring diameter was from 1.25 to 2.00(cm).Results show that this dressing has good germicial action, can reduce wound-edge response, exudation of wound-surface improve the fresh degree of granulation tissue, so that promote wound-surface healing as early as, and its safety is high.
