综合术式治疗重度环状混合痔116例疗效观察

Combined Procedure in the Treatment of 116 Cases with Severe Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为观察综合术式治疗重度环状混合痔的疗效，采用综合术式，即齿状线上方隆起痔组织纵横结扎或缝扎，齿状线下方隆起痔组织纵横切缝或带小皮瓣切缝，行放射状V形减压主切口，部分切断内括约肌，多点放射状线形切口相结合为一体治疗混合痔116例，均一次性治愈，治愈率100％。平均住院时间15～18d。随访O．5～3年，均无肛门狭窄及肛门功能不全等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，综合术式治疗重度环状混合痔近期、远期疗效确切，患者满意度高。

This study was to investigate the effect of a combined procedure for severe cireamferential mixed hemorrhoids.This procedure is performed as：the intumescent hemorrhoid tissue upon dentate line is ligated or suture ligation longitudinally and transversely,the intumescent hemorrhoid tissue below dentate line is incised ＆ sutured longitudinally and transversely or with mini-skin flap incised ＆ sutured,main incision is decompressed in radiative ＂V＂-shape,internal sphincter is amputated partly, multi-point radiative-like line- al incision are combined each with other.The 116 patients with mixed hemorrhoids received this procedure, were primarily cured,up to 100% of curative rate; average hospital stay was 15-18 days; the follow-up of 0.5-3 yr. did not find any complications and sequels such as stenosis of anus and its insufficiency.Results show that this combined procedure for severe mixed hemorrhoids has determined short-and long-term effect, and high satisfaction degree of patients.
