小切口外剥加内痔选择性高频电刀剔除配合中药熏洗治疗重度混合痔53例

Mini-incision External Dissection plus Selective Culling Anal Mucosa with High-frequency Electrotome, Associated with Chinese Medicine Fuming-wash in the Treatment of Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids of 53 Cases

为观察小切口外剥加内痔选择性高频电刀剔除配合中药熏洗治疗重度混合痔的疗效，将106例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各53例。对照组采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗，观察组采用小切口外剥加内痔选择性高频电刀剔除配合中药熏洗治疗，比较两组患者治愈率、创面愈合时间及术后疼痛等情况。结果显示，观察组治愈率为100％，对照组为92．5％（P〈0．05），观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0．05），在术后疼痛方面观察组优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，小切口外剥加内痔选择性高频电刀剔除配合中药熏洗治疗重度混合痔疗效好，疗程短，复发率低。

In order to observe the effect of mini-incision external dissection plus selective culling anal mu- cosa with high-frequency electrotome associated with Chinese medicine fuming ＆ wash in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids authors divided randomly 106 patients with this hemorrhoids into observation group and control one, n =53 for each;the former received above combination therapy,while the latter a- lone external dissection ＆ internal ligation;then,the curative rate,the time for wound-surface healing and postoperative pain of patients, etc were compared between both groups.As results, in curative rate, in the time for wound-surface healing, and in postoperative pain of anus, obsevation group was significantly higher （100% vs 92.5 %）, shorter than and superior to control group,respectively（ P 〈0.05, at all）.Resuhs show that above-mentioned combination therapy for severe hemorrhoids has good effect, short treatment course and low recurrence rate.
