肛泰软膏联合微波治疗混合痔术后疼痛

Gangtai Salve Combined with Microwave for Relieving Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids Patients

为观察肛泰软膏联合微波治疗混合痔术后疼痛的疗效，将150例混合痔术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。观察组给予肛泰软膏换药联合微波照射治疗，对照组单纯给予肛泰软膏换药治疗。观察两组患者术后止痛效果。结果显示，观察组显效42例，有效28例。无效5例，总有效率为93．3％；对照组显效14例，有效28例，无效33例，总有效率为56．0％。观察组止痛总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，肛泰软膏联合微波治疗可有效缓解混合痔术后疼痛。

To observe te efficacy of Gangtai salve combined with microwave for relieving postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients,150 cases of this hemorrhoids who had received surgery were randomly di- vided into observation group and control one, n =75 for each;the former received Gangtai salve plus mi crowave,while the latter alone Gangtai salve;the efficacy of stopping pain was observed and compared. As results,in the former 42 cases were of excellent response,28 of response,5 of non-response,and total effec- tive rate was 93.3% ;in the latter respectively 14,28,33 and 56.0% ,thus the former was significantly high- er than the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that the combination of both can more relieve postoperative pain effectively.
